Pasta with Mushrooms and Smoked Beef
A simple note so that I don’t forget the ingredients, actually :\
Approximate of:
________ Pasta (mine was Barilla n7 or n5)
1 spoon of virgin olive oil
1/2 bellpepper
A pack of button mushroom (I think it was about 200 grams?)
A slice of smoked beef, shredded
Garlic, finely choped (5 piece, I think?)
Grated cheddar cheese
Salt
Pepper (preferably black)
Oregano (lots)
Basil leaves

I still think this kind of aglio e olio as Italian fried noodle, without sauces. No, seriously.
